Description
This wine is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren. The vineyards are situated along the French Riviera, stretching from the mouth of the Rhône river to the gates of Monaco. The proximity to the Mediterrannean Sea brings warm temperatures, which are tempered by the Mistral wind, providing excellent conditions for the grapes to ripen and retain acidity.
Each variety underwent direct pressing and was vinified separately. Fermentation of the Cinsault and Tibouren took place in stainless-steel vats, while the Grenache and Rolle were partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats. The ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees, creating the same effect as bâtonnage and adding texture and body to the wine.
This rosé is a delicate, pale pink colour. On the nose, lifted floral aromas mix with notes of blood orange and fresh red currants. The generous palate is perfectly balanced by lively acidity.

Storage advice
For storing Rosé Wine (such as a 150cl bottle):
- Temperature: Maintain a stable temperature between 10°C and 13°C (50°F–55°F). Avoid temperature fluctuations as they can damage the wine.
- Light Exposure: Store the bottle in complete darkness or a low-light environment to prevent UV rays from degrading the wine’s color and flavor.
- Sealing: Keep the bottle corked and ensure the cork remains moist. A dry cork can shrink and let air in causing oxidation.
- Bottle Position: Store bottles horizontally to keep the cork in contact with the wine and prevent drying out.
- Humidity: Maintain relative humidity around 60–70% to prevent corks from drying out while avoiding excessive moisture that could promote mold or label damage.
- Special Tips:
- Avoid frequent vibrations or movement to preserve wine integrity.
- Do not store near heat sources like ovens or direct sunlight.
- For opened bottles reseal tightly (with original cork or wine stopper) and keep refrigerated consuming within a few days to preserve freshness.
Following these practices will help preserve the quality and shelf life of Rosé Wine both unopened and opened.
