Description
This wine is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren. The vineyards are situated along the French Riviera, stretching from the mouth of the Rhône river to the gates of Monaco. The proximity to the Mediterrannean Sea brings warm temperatures, which are tempered by the Mistral wind, providing excellent conditions for the grapes to ripen and retain acidity.
Each variety underwent direct pressing and was vinified separately. Fermentation of the Cinsault and Tibouren took place in stainless-steel vats, while the Grenache and Rolle were partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats. The ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees, creating the same effect as bâtonnage and adding texture and body to the wine.
This rosé is a delicate, pale pink colour. On the nose, lifted floral aromas mix with notes of blood orange and fresh red currants. The generous palate is perfectly balanced by lively acidity.

Storage advice
For optimal storage of Rosé Wine (such as a 75cl bottle from 2024):
- Temperature: Store between 10°C and 12°C (50°F to 54°F). Avoid fluctuations; keep the temperature stable to prevent premature aging and quality loss.
- Light exposure: Store in a dark place away from direct sunlight and fluorescent lights as UV rays can degrade flavor and aroma.
- Sealing: Keep the bottle sealed with its original cork to prevent air ingress. For opened bottles reseal tightly with a wine stopper or vacuum seal to slow oxidation.
- Bottle position: Store bottles on their sides to keep the cork moist preventing it from drying and shrinking.
- Humidity: Maintain humidity between 50% and 70% to ensure cork integrity and prevent mold. Use a humidifier or dehumidifier as needed.
- Special tips: Do not shake the bottle to avoid oxidation; store in a quiet vibration-free environment.
For opened bottles store in the refrigerator tightly sealed and consume within a few days to preserve freshness and flavor. Avoid long-term storage of rosé wine once opened because it is generally intended for early consumption.
