This exceptional tawny port is celebrated for its intricate flavors and refined character, making it a perfect choice for special occasions or as a cherished gift.
Crafted from a blend of five traditional grape varietals including Tinta França, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca, and Tinto Cão, this port is the result of a meticulous aging process that spans three decades. The grapes are cultivated in the renowned Douro Valley, where the schist soil and gentle terracing allow for optimal vine growth and exceptional grape quality.
The characteristics of this 30-year-old tawny unveil an alluring amber hue with greenish hints and an intense bouquet. Experience a complex aroma profile featuring:
- Caramel
- Mocha
- Walnut
- Tobacco Leaf
- Subtle hints of dried fruit and faint spice
On the palate, savor the velvety texture that reveals a sumptuous blend of caramelized walnuts, mocha, and delicate spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, featuring:
- Richly layered warmth of caramel

- And a silky embrace
For the perfect serving experience, consider the following suggestions:

Storage advice
For optimal storage of Port wine maintain a cool stable temperature between 12°C and 18°C (55°F to 65°F). Avoid temperature fluctuations as they can cause the cork to expand and contract degrading the seal and introducing air that spoils the wine.
Store the bottle in a dark environment away from direct sunlight and sources of heat like radiators or ovens to prevent heat damage and UV light exposure that deteriorates flavor and color.
Maintain relative humidity around 60-70% ideally close to 70% to keep the cork moist and prevent it from drying out and shrinking which could lead to oxidation. Excessive humidity can cause mold on labels and cases so balance is important.
Position the bottle lying on its side if it has a cork closure to keep the cork in contact with the wine and prevent drying. If the bottle has a T-top or stopper store it upright.
Avoid exposure to strong odors as corks can absorb smells that would alter the wine's taste.
When storing opened bottles reseal tightly with the original cork or a wine stopper and keep refrigerated if possible consuming within a few weeks to preserve quality.
Minimize vibration and movement during storage as this disturbs the wine and can accelerate cork seepage and sediment mixing harming the wine's integrity. Avoid storing long-term in refrigerators with internal motors near the bottle unless designed to minimize vibrations.
